Palacio Family Hammock and Arcus Hammock Stand

The Palacio Family Hammock is a large, very good quality cotton hammock made in the traditional manner in Brazil. The manufacture of these hammocks provides an above average income to the local workers. This hammock has a particularly attractive fringe design. It is large enought for a family to share and has a maximum load of 160 kg. The Palacio hammock is pictured with the Arcus Hammock Stand which is available separately. You can also attach the hammock to posts or conveniently located trees using the “Smartropes for Hammocks” attachments – see below.

Delfino Double Hammock

The Mosquito Traveller Hammock from Amazonas

3. Hang-out Hammock

   Available in pink or blue, this little hammock will fit easily into a small bag and makes a great emergency bed. It is 270 cm long and will support a weight of 120 kg, making it suitable for most adults. It can be used anywhere, provided there is something you can attach it to. Rumba Spreader Bar Hammock

Rumba Hammocks are from the Amazonas range of hammocks and are made in Brazil. The Rumba hammock is large and made from top quality strong 450g/m² cotton material. Brazilian hardwood is used to make the  spreading bars and there is a solid centre inside the hanging chords, so even when they rub on the eyelets, they can never rip.

Samba Hammock

The Samba Hammock is an ideal hammock at a great price. From the Brazilian Amazonas range, this hammock is 1.6 metres wide which means you can lie across it “Brazilian style”. Brazilians sleep this way, apparently, as the back is better supported and the hammock is more comfortable when you lie diagonally across it. The material used is high quality  400 g/m²  double hammock material. It is of a highly durable design, with the ends stitched four times, to make it sturdy and long lasting.

Paradiso Hammock

The Paradiso hammock is one of the finest Brazilian hammocks you can buy. Made by Amazonas, it is absolutely huge – 1.75 wide, in fact. Not many weaving looms are capable of weaving a cloth this wide, and so that the hammock is both extra sturdy and super soft, 5000 threads are woven together.

The huge Paradiso hammock is available in a choice of six yummy colours: coral, madras, natural, orange, terracotta and tropical.
